About this event

International award-winning Chef Danny Lledó is the owner of the multi-dining concept Xiquet by Danny Lledo and Slate Wine Bar, which is located in the heart of Glover Park. He is proud to continue the family tradition of culinary excellence, following in the footsteps of his father, who is an accomplished chef from Denia, Spain. Lledó also honed his restaurant skills working at top Spanish restaurants for José Andrés’ Think Food Group, Taberna del Alabardero and Botin (known for being the world's oldest restaurant).

Each paella kit includes:

  • A one-hour Interactive Zoom Cooking Class with Chef Danny Lledó on October 21st from 6pm - 7:00 PM US/Eastern, live from Xiquet's wood-fire kitchen. You can choose to be on camera while you cook, along with your friends from WITA.
  • Delivery of the ingredients to make the paella (or select a time to pick up your ingredients at Xiquet)
  • Classic ingredients for a chicken or vegetarian meal
  • Paella Pan 13" Traditional Steel - Serves 4 people
  • Wine (your choice of red or white)
